Cancellation Policy

If you do not wish to keep something

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period for this is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquired possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, Source Mode, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.

Model form

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

With love and appreciation

You have a right of withdrawal, provided that you are natural persons and the legal transaction is not predominantly connected with your commercial or independent professional activity. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide return labels, so you must arrange the return yourself. It is your responsibility whether you send the parcel with or without tracking. We will only issue a refund once the parcel has arrived with me or if you provide proof of delivery.

Please note that the items must be returned in a saleable condition, in their original packaging and with the tags attached.

The item must be new, unworn, unaltered and free from odours or fragrances.

If the items do not meet these requirements, they will be sent back to you at your expense. We reserve the right to determine at our own discretion whether returned goods are saleable.

Consequences of withdrawal

Should you decide to withdraw from this contract, please do not worry. We will reimburse all payments received from you in full within two weeks of receiving your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used originally, unless we have agreed otherwise. Please understand, however, that we cannot wait indefinitely for the goods to be returned. We therefore ask you to send them back to us as soon as possible, but no later than two weeks after your notification. You are responsible for the direct costs of doing so.

It is important to us to point out that minor wear of the goods is acceptable. However, you are responsible for bearing any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

We will gladly provide you with a model withdrawal form on request. We are available at any time to support you in this process.
