1. Scope and definitions
(1) The business relationship between us, the Source Mode Real Life Label, Paul-Heyse-Strasse 55, 04347 Leipzig, represented by the Managing Director Madlen Krüger (hereinafter "we") and you, the person ordering our goods (hereinafter "you"), shall be governed exclusively by the following General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions" or "AGB") in the version valid at the time of the order.
(2) Goods within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions are all products that you can purchase on the website www.sourcemode.de (hereinafter "Online Shop").
(3) The range of goods in our Online Shop is aimed exclusively at customers who have reached the age of 18.
2. Order and conclusion of contract
(1) The presentation of the goods in our Online Shop does not yet constitute a binding offer to conclude a contract, but rather an offer to you to conclude a contract with us. By submitting an order, you declare that you wish to enter into a binding contractual relationship with us. We confirm receipt of your order by means of an automated email (order confirmation). This confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of your order. The contract is only concluded when we have accepted your order by means of a further email (shipping confirmation) or when we dispatch the ordered goods.
(2) All information in our Online Shop (product descriptions, prices, availability) is subject to change and non-binding. We reserve the right to reject offers or to cancel orders.

4. Delivery and shipping
(1) Delivery is made to the delivery address you have provided. Please ensure that the address is correct.
(2) Delivery times are stated in the product description or during the ordering process. These are non-binding. We endeavour to meet the stated delivery times but cannot guarantee them.
(3) Shipping costs are shown to you before the order is completed and are listed in the order confirmation.
5. Terms of payment
(1) Payment is made, at your choice, by credit card, direct debit, PayPal or other available payment methods.
(2) In the case of payment by direct debit or credit card, your account or card will be charged immediately after confirmation of the order.
(3) Should a payment not be received, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
6. Right of withdrawal
(1) You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. The period begins on the day after delivery of the goods.
(2) To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email (support@sourcemode.de) or by post that you wish to withdraw from the order. Please state your order number.
(3) Following withdrawal, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days at the latest. The costs of return shall be borne by the buyer, unless the goods are defective.
(4) Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that were made to your specifications or that are not suitable for return due to their nature.
7. Liability for defects and warranty
(1) All goods are supplied with the statutory warranty of two years from the date of purchase.
(2) Should an item be defective, you may make a complaint within the warranty period. Please contact us at support@sourcemode.de with photos and a description of the defect.
(3) We will examine the defect and either send you a replacement item or refund the purchase price.
8. Data protection
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read our Privacy Policy for further information.
9. Liability
(1) Source Mode shall not be liable for damage arising from the use of our website or the ordering of goods, unless such damage is attributable to intent or gross negligence.
(2) In particular, Source Mode shall not be liable for loss of data, loss of profit or other indirect damage.
10. Dispute resolution and applicable law
(1) These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
(2) Consumers have the option of resolving disputes via the online platform of the European Commission (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/). However, we are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
(3) Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
(4) You will be notified of any amendments to these Terms and Conditions by email or on our website.
11. Objection to advertising
You may object to receiving advertising emails at any time by sending us an email at support@sourcemode.de or by using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
