Some burdens can't simply be put down. In this experience God's hand comes towards you from above, out of the distance, full of light. You choose what weighs on you right now and hand it over, for as long as it takes until it is good again.
How it works
- Let go – choose fear, worry, guilt, anger or grief and hold. A stream of light draws everything into His hand.
- Hold – place your fingers on the screen. God reaches down His right hand to you.
- Fall – in three stages, deeper and deeper. You cannot fall deeper than into God's hand.
- Surrender – your time, ways, actions, words, senses, thoughts, soul, spirit and heart, until you have given everything into His hand.

When worries keep you awake at night, when you are afraid, when you feel guilty or simply don't know where to put it all.
